TOTALLY UNSATUSFACTORY!The server took forever to wait on us, once he did the turned up his nose at the $20.00 bill my wife gave him (we received it from the shop next door) for payment due to a tear in the bill, was quite surley about it ... rudely insisted I give him a different bill ... We will NOT be going back ... someone should teach him/them that customer service is everything ... hope he learns not to annoy anyone else ... we could only hope!

For a chain custard shop they produce some delicious treats! I was under the impression it was ice cream until I strolled through the doors. I was pleased to find out it was custard because that is what I prefer. If you did not know the difference between custard and ice cream is the content of milk fat and egg yolks (custard is more dense). Anyway, the custard is rich and for a limited variety of flavors all are delicious. My Recommendation: peanut butter and chocolate swirled into one delicious cup. The bonus they still are serving up Jimmies! Love that!Only fault is the price. It is a little bit high for the serving. Worth a taste though!

Best soft sever ever! I normally do springers on Monday and Kohr Brothers on Tuesday and so on. Amazing!!

Plenty of different flavors! Be prepared for a long line. I haven't always had amazing service here... usually it's teenagers who you can tell are tired from a busy day of work.

Trash outside everywhere from kohr ice cream. Not directly the employees fault but they should have someone cleaning up outside. Stone harbor really looking bad.My family has lived in SH since the 50's. My wife and I walked into town early this evening and the amount of trash on the ground was unacceptable. It's not my responsibility to go back and take a photo but as the owner of the establishment you should be working with town to address this

The only thing I have a problem with is picking which delicious flavor I want!

It's a soft-serve ice cream chain, don't expect much beyond that. Prices aren't great, but there will never be the god-awful line for unremarkable ice cream that you see at Springer's around the block.
